Financial Contributions

The Cooperative Christian Ministry is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit that is committed to assist Cabarrus and Southern Rowan County families in crisis. Your financial support is critical in meeting the needs of our neighbors. 92% of all donations provide direct services to these families.

Your contributions work together to support the three ministry areas:

  • FOOD (food pantries, soup kitchen, mobile food pantries, Samaritan’s Table)
  • FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE & CASE MANAGEMENT (rent, utilities/fuel, medications)
  • SHELTER (overnight shelter, My Father’s House, Mother’s and Children’s Home, and Teaching Houses)

Your donations are appreciated and are tax deductible as allowed by the IRS.

"Neighbor Helping Neighbor" Program

The City of Concord is offering an easy way for you to participate in a program called Neighbor Helping Neighbor. Donations can be made in three ways: rounding up your monthly bill to the nearest dollar amount; a one-time donation; or by setting a monthly donation amount. Your contribution is tax-deductible and will be forwarded to CCM to assist our neighbors, family and friends who are experiencing, for the first time, the effects of layoffs, downsizing, lower income even foreclosure and repossession of their belongings.

It’s easy to sign up. Click here to go to the City’s website and find out how you can help!

Select Independent Tribune Newspaper Article for information on how the program helped in 2010.
